Fixed a bug where spawnable objects that can be hit, such as bells, couldn't be damaged in some boss fights.
Fixed an issue where remove-only stash tabs of specific types (particularly Map and Unique stash tabs) could be deleted despite still having items in them.
Fixed an instance crash.
